Yes! Vedic meditation is easy and the course is structured in such a way that each session builds on from the next. You'll come away from the course meditating more confidently than many long term meditators.
Because we use the natural tendency of the mind to want to be 'charmed' by things and introduce a charming sound (mantra) which is a very powerful anchor for settling the mind. You will find that the mantra does all the hard work for you!
