Children face unique social and emotional challenges in today’s rapidly changing world. Meditation is a way to bring them in touch with a quietness and stability they desperately seek, but can’t access in the ever changing outside world.
Vedic meditation is suitable for children from the age of 8 years. Teens are perfect candidates for vedic meditation, being at heightened risk of anxiety and stress due to academic pressure and the new age pull of technology and social media.
Before a child can be taught this technique, at least one parent must already be a vedic meditator to enable appropriate support and encouragement.

Course Structure & Fees
Our kids classes in Mosman offer a soothing and comfortable space for your children to become effective meditators.
For children in the range of 8 to 15 years, a private meditation course is best. Teens above 15 years are welcome to learn privately too, or join an adult course.
Keep in mind that at least one of the parents should already be practising Vedic Meditation. This allows you to better support your child and lead by example.
Our Children’s course takes place over 2 days.
Day 1 – 60 minute appointment,
where we assign ?Word of Wisdom? or Mantra.
Day 2 – 30 minute appointment,
to answer their questions and check their practice.
NB – this is for children 8-15 years. Older children require the full 3 day adult course.
