My favorite spot to meditate

Contrary to the standard images of meditation, you don’t need to meditate on top of a hill or to the sounds of the ocean. Nor do you need a yogic position or hours of time. The technique of Vedic Meditation gives you a simple Mantra that you can take with you every where you go and allows you to get into a meditative state within minutes, anywhere you might find yourself and a place to sit down.
