Everything manifesting in your life is a reflection of your own self-worth. This is great news, even if you’re out there manifesting chaos. Because self-worth is a muscle you can strengthen. Build that muscle and watch the chaos dissolve and your life improve.
Life is going to take you through the darkest of pain, and the lightest of joy. You will need a compass - and the only good compass is your truth.
Your truth unlocks organically when you don’t self-abandon. When you don’t self-abandon, you are practising self-love. And when you practise self-love, you begin to feel worthy.
And worthiness is the frequency that calls in everything.

Plenty of people get what they want, simply because they believe they are worthy of it.
You too, are worthy of everything you want. If you don’t have it, it’s because your nervous system can’t hold it yet. You don’t love yourself enough to receive it. And the universe is reflecting that back to you.
It’s not your fault. As a child you learnt that loving yourself was risky. You had to reject parts of yourself before anyone else could. You shamed yourself to stay relevant, and got caught in a trance of unworthiness. We all did.
Now you’re stuck in that loop of shame: pleasing others, guilting yourself, worrying, numbing, procrastinating, addicting and more.
You’ve been escaping the pain of your “abandoned-self”. But abandoned selves don’t stay quiet. They rise up in your triggers and relationships. They surface in the moments you feel most unworthy, causing you to react in ways you wish you didn’t.
