The mechanics of the universe are this: We get what we believe we are worthy of. So everything manifesting in your life is a reflection of your own self-worth. And this is great news, because even if you’re out there manifesting painful situations and chaos, your self-worth is a muscle you can strengthen. Build that muscle, and watch the chaos dissolve and your desires take form.

Life is going to take you through the darkest of pain and the lightest of joy. You will need self-love and a compass to navigate it, and the only good compass is your truth and desires.

Your desires unlock organically when you don’t self-abandon. And when you don’t self-abandon, you are practising self-love. And when you practise self-love, you begin to feel worthy.

And worthiness is the frequency that calls in everything.

Manifesting is about how much you dig yourself.

There are people with half your heart, and twice your ego, out there living YOUR dream life. Why? Because confidence manifests faster than kindness. Plenty of people get what they want, simply because they believe they deserve it.

You are loveable and worthy of everything you want. But you don’t have what you want, because your nervous system can’t hold it. You see, you don’t love yourself enough to receive it. And the universe is reflecting that back to you.

It’s not your fault. As a child you learnt that loving yourself was risky. You had to reject parts of yourself before anyone else could. You shamed yourself in order to stay relevant to the people around you, and got caught in a trance of unworthiness.

Now you’re stuck in that loop of shame; still pleasing, worrying, numbing, avoiding, addicting, procrastinating, guilting yourself, and more.
