Your truth unlocks organically when you don’t self-abandon. When you don’t self-abandon, you are practising self-love. When you practise self-love, you begin to feel worthy.

And worthiness is the frequency that calls in everything.

Vedic Meditation

A cornerstone of my self-love work is Vedic Meditation — an effortless practice that melts stored tension and builds the inner safety required to start lovingly transforming your deeper layers of self-worth.

Confidence manifests faster than kindness.

Why are there people with half your heart and twice your ego, out there living your dream life? It’s because - manifesting is about how much you love yourself.

Plenty of people get what they want, simply because they believe they are worthy of it.

You too, are worthy of everything you want. If you don’t have it, perhaps your nervous system can’t hold it yet? Perhaps you don’t love yourself enough to receive it? And the universe is reflecting that back to you. If so, it’s not your fault.

As children we learn that being “too confident” or loving ourselves is risky. At times we had to reject parts of ourself before anyone else could. We shamed ourselves to stay relevant, and got caught in a trance of unworthiness.

We got stuck in that loop of frustration: pleasing others, worrying, feeling guilty, procrastinating, addicting, obsessing and more.

We tried to escape the pain of our “abandoned-self”. That childhood self we rejected all those years ago. But abandoned-selves don’t stay quiet. They rise up in our triggers. They attract chaos. And they surface in our relationships, causing us to react in ways we wish we didn’t.
