About Jo

Hi, I’m Jo.

I used to yell at my kids, fight with my husband, worry about the future, overthink things, anger easily, regret stuff and often felt overwhelmed and confused about my purpose here on this planet.

Yet to an outsider, it would have looked like I was holding everything together beautifully.

But this way of living life; happy on the outside yet struggling on the inside, is not sustainable. It’s fraught with ups and downs. Stress and anxiety can creep in and become tough to evict. It becomes hard to navigate challenges, we end up hurting those we love, and ultimately lack a deep connection with ourselves.

Vedic Meditation changed everything for me swiftly and effortlessly. Life suddenly became less strenuous and more beautiful. My relationships improved markedly, I gained clarity and perspective and developed a deep desire to share this technique with people. In doing so, I have discovered my story is not unique.

I now teach this so more of us can begin to feel happy and content, to awaken with more energy and resilience and get started on this path to greater peace. Meditation is much easier and more powerful than you think, I look forward to meeting you!

  • We start by sitting in a comfortable seat with our eyes closed. Then by repeating a personalised Mantra inside our mind, the mind will settle down into deeper states. The body will follow into deep rest and begin to dissolve stress at a cellular level. It’s very easy and enjoyable.

    Vedic meditation can be practiced anywhere anytime. This allows you to easily factor it into your life and experience the benefits on a consistent and on-demand basis.

  • A mantra is simply a 'sound' that will be chosen for you by the teacher. You will be taught how to properly use your mantra and discover that it will do all the hard work in meditation for you!

  • You don't need to be a yogi and you don't need loads of time. You don't need to sit cross legged on the floor and there is no need for intense concentration. You can meditate this way, but it is not necessary for a deep experience.
