About me

Hi I’m Jo. I used to yell at my kids, fight with my husband, overthink things, anger easily, regret stuff and often felt confused about my purpose here on this planet.

Yet to an outsider, it looked like I was holding everything together beautifully!

This way of living life; happy on the outside yet struggling on the inside, is not sustainable. It’s fraught with ups and downs. Stress creeps in, it’s hard to navigate challenges, we end up hurting those we love and ultimately lack a deep connection with ourselves.

Vedic Meditation changed everything for me quickly and effortlessly. Life became less strenuous and more beautiful. My relationships improved markedly, I gained clarity, perspective and a light-heartedness in my temperament that I had never felt before.

I now teach this technique so more of us can be liberated from the torture chamber of our minds and get started on this path to greater peace. Vedic Meditation is easy and powerful, and I can’t wait to show you how!

  • We find a comfortable seat and close the eyes. Then by repeating a personalised Mantra inside our mind, the mind will settle down into deeper states. The body will follow into deep rest and dissolve stress at a cellular level. It's very easy and enjoyable.

    Vedic meditation can be practiced anywhere anytime. This allows you to easily factor it into your life and experience the benefits on a consistent and on-demand basis.

  • A mantra is simply a 'sound' that will be chosen for you by the teacher. You will be taught how to use your mantra properly and discover that it will do all the hard work for you!

  • You don't need to be a yogi and you don't need loads of time. You don't need to sit cross legged on the floor and there is no need for intense concentration. These are not necessary for a deep experience.
